To ensure of the top quality of our teachers, frequent in-house training will be provided.  We trained our teachers to teach the way we believe it is the best for the children. Their works is also being monitored closely to our teaching programe and guide the children through their development and growth.

We also constantly send our teachers for external training conducted by Persatuan Tadika Malaysia ; Jabatan Kebajikan Malaysia ; Early childhood Education by Persatuan Pengasuh Berdaftar Malaysia (PPBM) and other programs to upgrade their standard of teaching. 

Besides teaching training programs, we also send our staff for First Aid Training Program with exam for certification.  Therefore any emergency cases happened our experienced staff will attend to it without any delay ; otherwise;  we will refer to the nearest Clinic , which is nearby for special medication.
